- Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a physical store at this time.
- What is your Return & Refund Policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the provided return address. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
- How can I start a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at info@renilstudio.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure that you contact us before sending the items back to us to ensure that your return is accepted.
- What should I do if I receive a defective or wrong item?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at info@renilstudio.com.
- How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. However, please note that any duties and shipping costs are excluded from our prices. For more information on shipping, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- I made a mistake on my order, how can I fix this?
Whether it be that there was a mistake in the shipping address or that you chose the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible so that we can correct it before your order gets shipped out! You can contact us at info@renilstudio.com.
