Returns & Refunds

RETURN POLICY 

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be happy. If your purchase has not meet your expectations, you can make a return. You can see the conditions and the different options available for you to return your items. 

We prefer that all returned items be unwornunwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, foreign odor including smoke, free of makeup stains and returned with its original packaging/tags. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on Accessories, Jewelry and Swimwear for sanitary reasons. We do not accept returns on custom & personalized items. 

All sale items are final and cannot be returned. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 (seven) days of first receiving the item. You can reach us via info@renilstudio.com 

Please note, any initial shipping fee will not be refunded, and a return shipping fee will be charged (20 AED for the return shipping in UAE and 40 AED for the return shipping in GCC)  

For International Orders, item(s) must be returned within 10 (ten) days of first receiving the parcel. For International Orders, international return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. 

If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to info@renilstudio.com and the customer support team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

REFUND POLICY 

After examining the product, the refund will be paid as soon as possible. The refund will always be paid using the same payment means you used to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise. In Card Payments please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to show up on your statement. You can always choose to return your items for a reusable store credit. 

If there is any faulty/incorrect/damaged item, we will arrange for the faulty item to be replaced with a new, identical product or a suitable alternative if the original is not available. Reusable Credit: If you prefer, we can provide you with store credit equal to the value of the faulty item. This credit can be used for future purchases at RENIL.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

If you wish to change your order (different item, different color, different size etc.) please email us directly on info@renilstudio.com. Our customer support team will contact you.

Unfortunately, you can not exchange your order with RENIL Studio once your order was delivered. You have to follow Return Policy. 

CANCELATION POLICY 

If you wish to cancel your order please email us on info@renilstudio.com. Our customer support team will contact you.

Just remember, once your package is on its way, we're unable to make any changes. If cancellation request occurs after the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and you have to return the products. Please refer to our Return Policy herein above.
